Due to popular demand, we have pulled some strings to make Thursday, 10 April, an extra day of racing. Join us from 10th to 13th for an adrenaline-pumping fitness extravaganza at the world’s leading trade show for fitness FIBO in the heart of Cologne. This four-day event promises to be an unforgettable fitness adventure!

As a special treat for our athletes, you’ll enjoy full access to the FIBO fitness fair throughout the entire weekend (Thursday to Sunday).
Spectator Tickets:
Tickets for Saturday and Sunday are only available on the FIBO website. There is no special ticket and no special contingent for HYROX spectators.
Spectator tickets for Thursday and Friday are only available with a special link. All athletes who race on Thursday or Friday will find this link on their ticket confirmation.

HYROX is the global fitness race for everybody, where each event follows the exact same race format, allowing for a comparable global leaderboard for all athletes. The race format starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. With all global races taking place in large indoor venues, a unique stadium-like atmosphere with an incomparable race experience is created for all athletes.
