The third HYROX Race in Germany in the new season is official! We are coming to Frankfurt. And not only that: the event will take place over 2 full days! We are expecting up to 10,000 athletes on December 14th and 15th. This will make Frankfurt the biggest event in the German-speaking region so far! Sportograf Photo Package (Relay Divisions)

Du kannst zusammen mit einem anderen Athleten in der gleichen Startwelle starten, solange ihr euch für die gleiche SINGLE Division anmeldet (nicht geschlechtsübergreifend). Nur ein Teilnehmer muss die zusätzliche Gebühr bezahlen / You can start together with another athlete in the same start wave, as long as you register for the same SINGLE division (not cross-gender). Only one participant has to pay the additional fee

Kinder unter 12 Jahren benötigen keine Eintrittskarte, müssen aber von einem Erwachsenen mit gültiger Eintrittskarte begleitet werden / Children under 12 years do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by an adult with valid ticket

HYROX is the global fitness race for everybody, where each event follows the exact same race format, allowing for a comparable global leaderboard for all athletes. The race format starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. With all global races taking place in large indoor venues, a unique stadium-like atmosphere with an incomparable race experience is created for all athletes.
