HYROX is Coming Home for the kick-off of the new DACH season 25/26!
The world’s largest indoor fitness race is coming back to it’s maritime hometown. Get ready for not one and not two, not three, but FOUR full days of HYROX at the Exhibition Halls of Hamburg.
Due to your growing demand, we’ve added an additional forth day and made room for 15,000 athletes, giving you the chance to test your current fitness level and compete alongside like-minded athletes. Experience the perfect blend of cardio and strength exercises, accompanied by sweat and tears of joy as you cross the finish line! Whether solo, double or in a relay team, this is an experience everyone must have!

HYROX DACH
HYROX is the global fitness race for everybody, where each event follows the exact same race format, allowing for a comparable global leaderboard for all athletes. The race format starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. With all global races taking place in large indoor venues, a unique stadium-like atmosphere with an incomparable race experience is created for all athletes.
